Qdoba (also known as Qdoba Mexican Grill) is a fast casual restaurant chain that mainly serves Mexican-inspired foods such as tacos, nachos, quesadillas, and burritos. Qdoba offers food that is served fast, yet it is of higher quality than regular fast food restaurants. That’s one of the reasons why Qdoba prices are higher than the average fast food meals as well.

Qdoba was founded in Denver, Colorado, by Anthony Miller and Robert Hauser in 1995. By a coincidence, its biggest rival, Chipotle, was also founded in Denver, and only 2 years before Qdoba.
Since 2003, Qdoba has been owned by another fast food restaurant company, Jack in the Box.
