Memorial Day Food Deals and Freebies 2020

Memorial Day is all about gathering with friends and family, eating good food, and honoring those who sacrificed their lives for us. And while this MDW may look a bit different than ones in years past due to coronavirus, we hope you and your loved ones can still gather (from a safe distance, of course). One thing that doesn’t have to change this year, however, is celebrating with delicious food. Several of your favorite restaurants are running food deals and freebies this Memorial Day Weekend so you can find a meal for the whole family and save some money.

If you’re planning on grilling out at home this MDW, you can take advantage of LongHorn Steakhouse’s grilling hotline. Yes – you read that right. Just use the hashtag #LHGRILLUS on Twitter or Instagram or post on their Facebook page to get in touch with a master griller.

This weekend, Mission BBQ will offer free sandwiches to active duty personnel and military veterans. The franchise will not be open on the holiday, though.

Ribs are a classic Memorial Day Weekend food – Chili’s gets it. Baby Back Ribs will be a part of their 3 for $10 deal on Monday, and you’ll get your ribs, an appetizer, and a drink.

Johnny Rockets

In years past, Johnny Rockets has offered a 50% off deal for military personnel who dine in, but since that’s not an option for many of us this year, you’ll want to check and see if the holiday weekend deal still applies for carryout or delivery.
