The Favorite Fast Food Restaurants of Hollywood Celebrities

Celebrities have their own favorite fast food restaurants like you and me. They have cravings and binge occasionally on junk food like the rest of us mere mortals. These celebrities have even influenced food by endorsing food items, opening restaurants, and having their names affixed to cocktails and dishes. When it comes to fast food, they are just average customers who probably want their burgers with mustard or extra mayo and ordering their sodas in large tumblers.

The “guilty pleasures” of some celebrities sometimes go the whole nine yards like Selena Gomez’s taco cake whipped by Jack in the Box for the singer’s 21st birthday and Jenny McCarthy’s endorsement of a “sensual salad” (whatever that means) for Carl’s Jr.’s. Here are some celebrities who have been spotted by the paparazzi wolfing down their favorite junk food – with neither inhibitions nor qualms – at their popular fast food restaurants.

Burger King

burger-king-logoNo one really knows if soccer heartthrob David Beckham really eats Burger King char-grilled hamburgers but his video promoting the fast food chain’s smoothie has garnered 1,200 comments, over 2,000 shares, and 14,000 likes on the former star of Manchester United’s Facebook page. Since Beckham’s 2013 video, in fact, the strawberry-banana smoothie has become a fixture on Burger King’s menu which has reinvented its image to provide wiser food choices for its customers.

Carl’s Jr.

Bodacious blonde Jenny McCarthy, seen in the latest Carl’s Jr. video enjoying a salad of walnuts, cranberries, grilled chicken, and apples, has caused the plethora of tweets and retweets in the chain’s Twitter action. Retailing for around $5.00, the salad could actually be – or become – one of McCarthy’s favorite fast foods, if you consider the 3,000 likes her Instagram account posting received when she announced she had become the new “it” girl for Carl’s Jr.

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC)

She might be doing photo shoots for physical fitness magazines like Shape, but pop princess Britney Spears couldn’t help but get a family bucket of KFC as soon as she was out from the day’s photo shoot in Thousand Oaks, California. Born in Mississippi and raised in Louisiana, Britney Spears chows down McDonald’s burgers, too. But deep-fried and battered fried chicken like KFC is probably a more favorite fast food for a dyed-in-the-wool Southerner like Britney Spears.

In-N-Out

When Kim Kardashian was pregnant with daughter North West she posted a photo on her Instagram account of In-N-Out’s burger and cheese fries, which were apparently her first cravings, with the caption “I spoke too soon,” referring to her previous denial that her pregnancy didn’t give her any urges to go for junk food. The photo raked in 391,000 likes, meaning, her followers forgave the reality TV star for her craving lapses which, reportedly, totaled only 1,000 calories.

Another celebrity who enjoys In-N-Out’s fries and burgers, albeit served with champagne to wash it all down, is Beyonce who indulged in her favorite fast food after her pre-Fourth of July concert in Los Angeles. Beyonce posted a photo on her Instagram account of her post-concert tour performance meal which instantly drew in 285,000 likes.

McDonald’s

Ben Affleck and his wife Jennifer Garner, Rita Ora, Katy Perry, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, Jennifer Lawrence, Mariah Carey, Nicole Ritchie, Heidi Klum, Joe and Nick Jonas, and Kate Moss are McDonald’s regulars. Not to mention Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg. Rita Ora, in fact, has McDonald’s breakfasts, and Heidi Klum has been photographed several times munching on a Big Mac. Oh, and let’s not forget two U.S. Presidents, past as in Bill Clinton, and present like Barack Obama.

Taco Bell

Detroit Lions running back Reggie Bush reportedly went into a food coma from eating one burrito too many at Taco Bell which has made people crazy with their Doritos Locos and Fourth Meal. Justin Timberlake went straight to Taco Bell after winning the “Best Album” award given by the People’s Choice Award. “End of Watch” star Anna Kendrick revealed her “Taco Bell obsession” with her admission on the “Conan” show saying she can’t eat any Taco Bell product before midnight like a “reverse Gremlins thing.”

Nando’s

Oprah Winfrey, JLS, Ricky Gervais, first woman gold medal recipient for boxing Nicola Adams, Jay-Z, Niall Horan, Ed Sheeran, and two famous Brits, His Royal Highness Prince Harry and Prime Minister David Cameron all have one thing in common: Nando’s peri-peri style Portuguese chicken. Flame-grilled and butterfly-cut Nando’s chicken is noted for itsGalinha à Africana marinades of herb, lemon, Bird’s Eye chilies, mango, and other spices that come in medium, extra hot, mild, hot, and extra-extra hot options.

Once in a While Won’t Give You an Aneurysm

If you have resigned yourself to dieting most of your life, think of these celebrities who occasionally give in to cravings, binges or indulgences of fast food which studies have shown to have very little or no nutritional value.

While these foods are definitely not low in carbohydrates, fats, sugars, and sodium, it can’t give you an aneurysm if you eat four pieces of peri-peri chicken or a junior Whopper once in a while.
