We have a super simple recipe, showing you how to make eight Jack in the Box mini-burgers in just a few minutes.

The best part of this recipe is its simplicity. You won’t need any complicated ingredients or equipment, and you can easily double or triple this recipe for larger groups. The secret ingredient here is the grilled onions in peanut oil. Be sure to cut the onions into thin slices, and cook them until they’re caramelized, but not burnt. While the onions are cooking, you’ll want to add a few mini patties into the pan so they can soak up all the flavors from the oils.

Once the patties and onions are finished cooking, simply add all of your favorite toppings to your mini buns, and serve.
