Jack in the Box – Jack in The Box sells cookies? Well, cookie milkshakes. Today, you can snag a free Oreo Milkshake when you spend at least $15 on delivery through Grubhub. The price of the shake and cost of delivery will be deducted from your total.
Penn Station East Coast Subs – Visit your local Penn Station and tell them you are there for the free cookie bites. You don’t have to purchase anything off the menu to receive them.
Subway – Subway’s cookies aren’t free today, but they do have an awesome promotion going on called Gift-a-Cookie. If you’re feeling generous for National Cookie Day, give someone a cookie for $1, three for $2, or a dozen for $8.
BJ’s Brewhouse – BJ’s is handing out free pizookies for this food holiday, as long as you join their rewards program, that is. However, this deal is not exclusive to National Cookie Day. Anytime you sign up for their rewards program, you will be given this offer.
