It’s almost iced coffee season, which can only mean one thing: new drinks at Starbucks. As the winter season dwindles, there’s so much to look forward to, particularly the Starbucks Spring 2020 menu. With the release of three new iced drinks (two of them dairy free!) and two new breakfast items, spring can’t get here fast enough. This week, Starbucks introduced the Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink, Iced Golden Ginger Drink, and the Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Honey Cold Foam, as well as the Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap and Southwest Veggie Wrap.
Let’s take a look at what to expect from these new menu items:
Iced Pineapple Matcha Drink – Starting with a base of matcha green tea, this drink is blended with coconut milk, pineapple flavor, and ginger. In true spring fashion, the Pineapple Matcha is a shade of bright green.
Iced Golden Ginger Drink – Made with similar ingredients to the Pineapple Matcha, this new dairy-free drink contains a blend of turmeric, ginger, pineapple, and coconut. It has a beautiful sunny yellow hue.
Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Honey Cold Foam – For a caffeine kick, try Starbucks’ latest Nitro Cold Brew enhanced with caramel and topped with salted cold foam.
Bacon, Sausage & Egg Wrap – This wrap is the perfect snack or on-the-go breakfast, containing bacon, sausage, egg, cheddar cheese, and sous vide potatoes in a flour tortilla.
Southwest Veggie Wrap – For an early-morning kick, try the Southwest Veggie Wrap, a flour tortilla stuffed with eggs, black beans, sous vide potatoes, cotija cheese, pico de gallo, and jalapeño cream cheese.
