The Hungry Howie’s story began in 1973 when founder Jim Hearn converted a 1,000 square foot hamburger shop in Taylor, Michigan into a carry-out and delivery pizzeria. Rewards Program
Hungry Howie’s offers a loyalty rewards program called Howie Rewards to thank their customers for their repeat business. When you make Qualifying Purchases, you accumulate Howie Points that can be redeemed for menu items at participating Hungry Howie’s locations. Note that locations in the state of Florida do not participate in Howie Rewards. After you accumulate 60 Howie Points, you’ll receive a FREE Medium 2-Topping Pizza. In the future, there may be additional or other Rewards available. Be sure to redeem your points within six months so you don’t lose them.
Ordering online is the easiest way to earn Howie Points, but now you can also accumulate points on qualifying orders made in person and over the phone. Please note that if you’re making a purchase in-store or over the phone, you’ll need to let a team member know at the beginning of the order process that you’re a member of Howie Rewards so that they can associate your Account with your order. Hungry Howie’s franchises are deeply rooted in their communities. They donate pizzas to children’s hospitals, nursing staff, and they even have a deal on Facebook right now called “Random Acts of Pizza”. In this promotion, citizens can nominate someone in their community to win a free pizza- anyone who is making a difference, being positive, working as an essential worker, or making the best out of a difficult time. Each October, Hungry Howie’s serves all of their pizzas in pink boxes to support women who have been diagnosed with breast cancer. For every pizza purchased in a pink box, Hungry Howie’s makes a donation to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. To date, they’ve raised over $2.5 million for the National Breast Cancer Foundation, which has led to free breast cancer screenings, and breast cancer research.
