2packagesdry Yakisoba noodles (cooked without spice packets and drained)
1/2yellow onion, sliced
2ozcelery, cut into small pieces
First, slice the onions, celery, and cabbage into thin slices. Oil the pan or wok and set to high. When the oil is hot, add the veggies. Let them cook for a couple of minutes until they're caramelized a bit. Stir and continue to let them caramelize.
Next, you'll add the noodles and toss them together with the veggies. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce and toss together again. Serve hot and enjoy.
This is a vegetarian dish, but you can add slices of chicken or beef to this recipe. Simply slice your meat of choice, sear it on both sides and add it to the wok after you cook the veggies.
