1tsplemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

your favorite veggie toppings, such as tomatoes, onions, lettuce, olives, pickles, cucumbers, or peppers
Instructions
First, combine all the ingredients (minus the bread and toppings) into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Chill in the refrigerator for an hour before serving.
Slice open each bread loaf and spoon in the seafood salad filling. Add your favorite veggies and toppings. Season with salt and pepper if you'd like. Close the sandwich, and serve.
