Stir in chicken broth, chicken bouillon cubes, salt, and pepper.
White Sauce
In a saucepan, add butter and flour and heat on medium. Stir for a few minutes, and slowly add milk into pan. Add salt, and continue to stir until the mixture has thickened.
Set aside and let cool for 10 minutes.
Soup
Once white sauce is cooled, add Velveeta cheese to the saucepan.
Warm the soup on low-medium heat and stir continuously to combine all ingredients.
