McDonald’s Rolls Out New McCafe Bakery Items

McDonald’s is celebrating 50 years of serving breakfast by adding three new bakery items to their menu. Since 1970, the fast food chain has gone from serving up sweet rolls and doughnuts to eggs, sausage, and hash browns to burritos and more. And now, with a full McCafe menu of breakfast treats, there’s something everyone can enjoy, no matter what you’re craving in the AM.

As of October 28, customers all over the country will be able to order the new Apple Fritter, Blueberry Muffin, and Cinnamon Roll. Let’s take a quick look at each of these new items:

Apple Fritter – This traditional apple fritter dessert includes cinnamon, apples, and a glaze icing. It’s fried to perfection and served warm (sounds like the ideal fall treat, eh?).

Blueberry Muffin – If you’re in the mood for a classic breakfast option, you’ll love the blueberry muffin. It’s topped with a delicious streusel and made with real blueberries.

Cinnamon Roll – Last, but most definitely not least, the cinnamon roll is as indulgent as it gets. This bakery item is made topped with cream cheese icing and has lots of flaky layers.

Fortunately, there is no time constraint on these new McCafe items – you can order them all day, everyday. And if you’re wondering what else to pair them with, check out what McDonald’s has cooking on their All-Day Breakfast Menu.
